About the Company
The company is part of an independent family-owned business with global market leadership in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions and related services. You’ll be joining a growing organisation in the UK of over 250 associates at one of the UK's leading distributors of industrial automation and control products.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Account Manager in the Scotland & Northwest Area interested in technology and able to position commercially attractive and technically beneficial solutions to existing and new customers in the automation and control sector. Managing and developing sales within a territory with an existing customer base of around 70 accounts together spending around £2M.
Finding new opportunities by following up marketing leads and using your own networking skills and knowledge of your territory. Planning on visiting customers 4 days a week.
- Have a general interest in engineering.
- Driving licence.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Knowledge of Control and Automation, or other technical solutions gained within a sales environment (training will be given).
Pay range and compensation package: £40k + £10k OTE + Car or Allowance.
