Tendering/ Proposals Engineer - The Role:
  • Produce technical and commercial tenders for automation and control system projects
  • Develop project costings, tender programmes and final proposal documents
  • Support directors with complex tender submissions and structured bid processes
  • Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales reporting documentation
  • Manage proposal templates, costing tools and sales materials
  • Support client visits and incoming sales enquiries
  • Contribute to social value, sustainability and governance responses within tender submissions
Tendering/ Proposals Engineer - What We’re Looking For:
  • HNC or above in Electrical, Electronic, Software or related Engineering discipline
  • Previous experience within a tendering or proposals environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA control systems
  • Understanding of M&E installations beneficial
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
