The Role:
- Develop and deliver training programs covering PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial automation systems
- Create training materials including manuals, presentations and practical workshop exercises
- Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training sessions
- Train engineers on industrial communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and TCP/IP
- Assess trainee performance and provide technical coaching and feedback
- Support troubleshooting and real-world problem-solving exercises
- Work closely with project teams to align training with operational and industry requirements
- Help maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
- Strong experience with industrial automation systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Schneider
- Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation and industrial networking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Hands-on engineering mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards beneficial
