Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
- Designing MCC panels
- Producing I/O configuration & lists
- Producing material specifications & bills of materials
- Produce cable lists, sizing calculations & update building layout drawings
- Design cable routes
- Calculate containment size
- Writing risk assessments & method statements
- Perform electrical testing & fault finding on site
Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:
- Engineering qualification within a relevant field
- Background in electrical design
- CAD package - EPlan ideal, however training will be provided if you have experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical
- Ideally have a solid knowledge of electrical regulations & safety standards
- Located in Cambridgeshire; ideal commutable locations would include Kettering, Corby, Peterborough, Northampton, Cambridge, Bedford & Kings Lynn
- Role would also suit a Design Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer or an Electrical Engineer with experience using an electrical CAD package.
