We are partnering with a highly specialised UK engineering organisation operating at the forefront of the defence, security, and advanced industrial sectors. With sustained investment, a significant order book, and the commissioning of a new manufacturing facility, the business is entering a critical phase of growth. As part of this, we are seeking an Electrical Control & Instrumentation Manager to take ownership of site-wide electrical, controls, and automation capability.
EC&I Manager - The Role:
- This is a pivotal leadership role with full technical and operational responsibility for electrical infrastructure and industrial automation across a complex, safety-critical environment.
- You will play a central role in shaping and delivering the site's automation and controls strategy.
- Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, building capability and driving performance.
- Delivering high-value CAPEX programmes across electrical and automation systems.
- Ensuring the integrity, compliance, and reliability of HV/LV distribution and control systems.
- Driving optimisation of PLC and SCADA architecture to support operational excellence.
- Embedding robust engineering standards, safety practices, and long-term asset strategies.

EC&I Manager - The Person:
