Your mission is to level up the apps that enhance the world’s favourite tools. Over 3,000 companies — including Adobe, Deloitte, Oracle, Dyson, Grammarly, and SpaceX — use AppFox apps to bring order to Confluence, Jira, Miro, and monday.com.

The role involves owning the marketing engine for our portfolio: Workflows, Approvals, Compliance, and Captionizer for Confluence; Optimizer for Jira; Workflows for Miro; and Approvals for monday.com. Your job is to turn product capability into demand across various channels, including the Atlassian Marketplace, the monday.com Marketplace, and our website.

You will report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with our Product Manager, Product Owners, Customer Success Manager, and the wider Automation Consultants marketing team. You’ll lead a small but growing team of marketers, with a budget to support them.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Run the content engine, producing web pages, blogs, social media content, emails, videos, and listing copy that is high volume, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns around our launches and solution narratives.
  • Own marketplace performance, treating listings as conversion pages with A/B tests and ranking signals.
  • Implement modern SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure AppFox is accurately surfaced by AI when buyers search for relevant tools.
  • Plan events that convert, including our presence at conferences and webinars.
  • Activate the partner channel through co-marketing campaigns and joint content.
  • Measure key metrics such as trial signups, paid conversion, and campaign performance, and act on the results.
  • Manage agencies and freelancers from brief to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes.

You will work alongside Product Management and Customer Success, focusing on delivering the right message to the right buyer at the right moment.

Your Profile:

Essential:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, with experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and automation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, comfortable with Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Experience with budget ownership and ROI reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at 2:1 or above.
  • Willingness to travel for events.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
  • Familiarity with Claude Cowork or modern AI tooling.
  • B2B product marketing experience for software sold via marketplaces.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Ads, and CMS systems.
  • Video production skills.
