As an AI Senior Solutions Engineer at Automation Anywhere, you will bridge the gap between strategic selling and hands-on technical delivery, serving as both a trusted advisor and a technical implementer for our most complex AI-driven automation initiatives. Unlike traditional pre-sales roles, you will embed deeply with customers throughout their automation journey—from initial discovery through implementation—designing, prototyping, and deploying production-grade solutions that demonstrate the transformative power of Agentic Process Automation.

You will spend significant time on-site with customers, understanding their business challenges at a granular level, rapidly building proof-of-concepts, and delivering custom integrations that showcase real business value. You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Customer Engagement and Technical Discovery: Invest significant time embedded with customers, gaining thorough understanding of their business processes, technical infrastructure, pain points, and strategic objectives.
• Proactive Opportunity Identification: Identify automation and AI opportunities within the customer's environment, proposing innovative solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term digital transformation goals.

Solution Design and Hands-On Implementation:
