Automatik VFX is accepting speculative applications for Houdini FX artists. The candidate needs to demonstrate experience in a range of solvers, Pyro, Fluid, RBD, MPM, and be able to render their FX passes in Solaris/Karma.

Experience in working in small teams or directly under the direction of the VFX supervisor.

Expectations:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines and rapid turnaround times
  • Pro-active, good communicator and team player
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience required
  • Expertise in Houdini and USD workflows in Houdini Solaris and Karma
  • Solid understanding of the VFX post-production pipeline
  • Must be located in the UK
