AUAR is a London-based physical AI and robotics company redefining homebuilding with MicroFactories. We are seeking a Hardware Engineering Lead to own the mechanical design and delivery of the MicroFactory, guiding it from prototype to production across global deployments.
You will lead hardware engineers, set technical direction for CAD practices, and collaborate with electrical, pneumatic, sensors, motion and robotics teams, while spending most of your time hands-on in design.
