We are looking for a Product Quality Analyst II to ensure that every product we release exceeds expectations, delivers frictionless user experiences, and sets new benchmarks for quality.

Quality is Everything—And You’ll Be at the Center of It. In this role, you will be a guardian of product quality—running real-world, end-to-end tests that guarantee seamless integrations, superior user experiences, and rock-solid performance.

Your Mission: To Break Everything!

Your job is to identify and eliminate product issues, reduce risk, and ensure excellence in every software and hardware release, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build a world-class testing infrastructure.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • 30% – End-to-End Product Testing: Build, maintain, and execute a comprehensive suite of real-world tests that validate our product’s performance.
  • 20% – Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Drive the streamlining of team processes and define and refine testing methodologies.
  • 20% – Tooling & Automation for Quality Excellence: Design and develop internal tooling that improves quality assurance.
  • 20% – Hardware & Lab Workcell Maintenance + Internal Initiative Delivery: Define, maintain, and evolve physical test workcells.
  • 10% – Test Reporting & Insights: Analyse and communicate test results, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading end-to-end product QA teams.
  • Expertise in life sciences instrumentation and automation.
  • Experience in quality assurance (QA) within software or hardware environments.
  • A keen eye for UX & Design principles.
  • A structured, analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Software development experience.
  • Experience working with TestRail or similar test management tools.
