Job Overview
We are looking for an outcome‑oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us address this massive market opportunity and take the organization to the next level. This role requires someone who is entrepreneurial‑minded, proactive in identifying, developing, and closing new business, and is comfortable with outbound B2B sales.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- Territory Strategy: Identify and research territories to formalise a go‑to‑market strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Pipeline Development: Develop a sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over‑achievement of targets.
- Strategic Selling: Engage with prospect organisations to position Automaise solutions through strategic value‑based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Develop Account Plans: Create and execute strategic plans for high‑value accounts, guiding sales focus.
- Navigate Complex Accounts: Connect with influencers, gatekeepers, and decision‑makers to drive engagement.
- End‑to‑End Sales Process: Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, VPs, and C‑Level executives.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new opportunities and sell Automaise solutions into mid‑market accounts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Short and Long‑term Results: Generate short‑term results while maintaining a long‑term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation.
- Forecasting and Revenue Delivery: Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), within customer service/contact centres.
- Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
- Consistent attainment of sales targets.
- Hunter Mentality: Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Customer‑Centric: An active listener with Customer Service we leave our egos at the door and support each other to drive results and win together.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Portuguese and another European language is a must.
