Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in enterprise accounts. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who is eager to make an impact and is comfortable with outbound B2B sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to fuel our growth by connecting with senior decision-makers and building a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead Prospecting Efforts: Use targeted strategies to initiate outreach and connect with key enterprise prospects.
- Identify Pain Points: Discover the needs and challenges of potential customers to position our solutions effectively.
- Drive Interest in Transformation: Engage prospects on Automation and Digital Transformation to spark their interest.
- Set Discovery Meetings: Schedule key meetings between prospects and sales reps to advance deals.
- Master Social Selling: Deliver consistent messaging across social platforms and industry events to build connections.
- Build and Manage Target Lists: Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality target account lists using data tools, CRM insights, and market intelligence.
- Qualify Key Prospects: Contact, build relationships, and qualify potential leads in target areas.
- Boost Brand Awareness: Collaborate with Business Development to enhance our presence within target accounts.
- Nurture Leads Consistently: Use a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to keep prospects engaged.
- Own CRM Accuracy: Keep prospect data and insights updated in our CRM to support the sales team.
- Join Initial Calls: Participate in discovery calls to support early-stage lead engagement.
- Sync with Marketing: Regularly align with Marketing to update on strategic accounts and refine outreach efforts.
- Drive Event Success: Lead preparation and outreach at industry events, pitching, demoing, and qualifying leads.
- Execute Social Selling Tactics: Implement the social selling playbook to connect with key stakeholders.
- Feed Market Intelligence: Capture insights from conversations with prospects and feed them back to Sales and Marketing to improve positioning and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Enterprise Sales: 1-2 years as a BDR/SDR in SaaS with a focus on enterprise customers.
- Proven Track Record: Skilled in account-based outreach and multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Familiar with ICP targeting and intent-based tools (e.g., FullEnrich, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- KPI-driven: 10+ SQLs/month benchmark.
- Established Network: Ideally, an active network of contacts within UKI.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI and process automation; experience in selling AI products/services is a plus.
- Business-Minded: Strong business acumen and a passion for growing a career in software sales.
- Engaging Personality: Outgoing, with the ability to connect and engage with potential clients.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to travel as required for the role.
