Role Summary
- Knowledge of all aspects of patent filing and prosecution, including priority and International filings, national/regional phase entry and renewal fees.
- Experience of managing an IP portfolio and monitoring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of trademarks.
- Experience using an online case management system.
- Experience of online filing.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritise work, work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to liaise proactively with colleagues and external IP attorneys.
