Autolus, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager (Shift) to lead a multiskilled engineering team supporting GMP manufacturing and QC operations in Stevenage. The role focuses on maintaining specialist equipment, planning maintenance and coordinating with facilities, validation and capital projects.
You will drive problem solving, ensure 100% safe handover of equipment, manage contractors, and uphold GDP, ALCOA, GMP and GEP practices within the CMMS system while fostering continuous improvement.
