In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic guardian of our quality standards, blending high‑level oversight with a meticulous, hands‑on approach. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Compliance Manager to provide the strategic oversight and technical rigor essential for this next phase. This is more than a position; it is a mandate for trust. You will serve as the strategic architect of our compliance ecosystem, ensuring that every commercial milestone is backed by a robust, scalable framework. Your leadership will ensure that our commitment to growth is matched by our commitment to oversight, providing the operational certainty required to win in the world’s most demanding markets.
Your mission:
- Support and/or lead all aspects of the IMS audit life cycle.
- Work with stakeholders to produce IMS status reports regularly and present these to Executive Management.
- Work with stakeholders to document corrective actions, track remediation and report progress.
- Report non-conformances discovered personally (e.g. during audits) and train others to report non-conformances that they discover.
- Review non-conformance reports, perform investigations in conjunction with team leaders and employees, determine causes and raise requests for remedial, corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with local area contacts to identify control processes and associated ownership.
- Understand and be able to implement all aspects of the ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Provide technical and procedural support to teams in their implementation of the integrated management system.
- Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 training and educational activities.

- Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards.

- You have strong time-management capabilities, and a keen attention to detail.
