We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to champion excellence at Autolomous. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic guardian of our quality standards, blending high‑level oversight with a meticulous, hands‑on approach. Your mission:
- Support and/or lead all aspects of the IMS audit life cycle.
- Work with stakeholders to produce IMS status reports regularly and present these to Executive Management.
- Work with stakeholders to document corrective actions, track remediation and report progress.
- Reporting non-conformances discovered personally (e.g. during audits) and training others to report non-conformances that they discover.
- Reviewing non-conformance reports, performing investigations in conjunction with team leaders and employees, determining causes and raising requests for remedial, corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with local area contacts to identify control processes and associated ownership.
- Understand and be able to implement all aspects of the ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Provide technical and procedural support to teams in their implementation of the integrated management system.
- Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 training and educational activities.

- You have strong time-management capabilities, and a keen attention to detail.
