We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary family to help further develop our software, interpret Autolomous’ clients requirements into technical implementations, and play an active role in all areas of the business.

About Autolomous

We are the market-leading developer of critical manufacturing management systems for advanced therapies. Our platform, autoloMATE®, integrates siloed manufacturing data into one unified digital ecosystem. By streamlining operations, reducing cost and increasing transparency, we enable manufacturers to accelerate the delivery of advanced therapies to patients who urgently need them. The patient is at the heart of everything we do. They are our inspiration and our ultimate beneficiary. Our mission is clear: to make life-changing cell and gene therapies accessible to everyone. The path is complex, but through collaboration, courage and innovation, we are driving a global shift that will make these astonishing medicines the norm rather than the exception.

Your Mission

  • Identifying areas of improvement and gathering internal feedback on platform features.
  • Translating user requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications aligned with client goals and industry regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to translate user stories into user-friendly prototypes.
  • Clearly presenting product work to key internal stakeholders, highlighting value proposition and business impact.
  • Supporting product testing with the QA team by identifying potential issues before release.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation (user guides, release notes).
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure seamless design, development, and launch of new service lines.
  • And any other duties which we may reasonably assign to you.

What we’d like from you:

  • Are a strong thinker, creative problem solver and an efficient doer.
  • Are proficient at writing and presenting software requirements and specifications.
  • Have extensive experience presenting work to key external stakeholders.
  • Have experience creating and maintaining product documentation.
  • Have training delivery experience, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated an aptitude for analytics across business processes/departments.
  • Have proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and experience working with UX/UI prototyping tools.
  • Familiar with agile/scrum processes and lifecycle.
  • Have a good understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Can work well in a team but is also independent, self-driven and well-organised.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.

It’d be even better if you:

  • Have a degree in life sciences, computer science or a business-related degree.
  • Have industry-specific experience, not necessarily in an analyst capacity.
  • Have guiding and coaching experience for more junior Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.

What we offer:

  • Full immersion in a fast-moving startup guided by experienced mentors.
  • Ability to explore the latest and most exciting technologies; we’re always open to new ideas & ways of working!
  • Constant development opportunities, in your chosen field or another area you think you can make an impact!
