We are looking for a Fleet Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Responsibilities
- Administrative support of the Fleet Procurement & Purchasing Department
- Coordination and monitoring of vehicle orders and related documentation
- Data entry, reporting, and maintenance of procurement records
- Communication with internal departments and external partners
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks
- Supporting day-to-day operational needs of the department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI) in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
- Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
