We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Director to join our growing Senior Management team and reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing Marketing duties across all entities within the Group.

The successful candidate will drive brand growth while safeguarding the organisation’s trusted reputation, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with external regulations and positions the brand ahead of competitors. They will champion a culture of responsible, transparent marketing, embedding best practices across all campaigns and customer touchpoints to strengthen credibility and long-term brand value.

As a trusted member of the Senior Management team, you will play a key role in shaping Marketing strategy, maintaining brand integrity, and supporting sustainable business growth both in the UK and Internationally.

    • Oversee marketing performance, reporting, and analytics
    • Use insight to optimise campaigns and inform decision‑making

    • Own and manage the group marketing budget

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a multi‑brand or group structure
  • Strong track record of driving growth and delivering commercial impact
  • Experience operating across UK and international markets
  • Skilled in brand development, digital marketing, and demand generation
  • A strategic thinker with a hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach
  • Confident leader, able to influence at senior level and inspire teams
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields
  • Preferable to have 5 years' of similar experience within previous roles
