There will be an in-depth handover period of two to four weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan deliveries and collections using Autograph’s in-house drivers and vehicles.
  • Plan deliveries and collections using third-party logistics providers, same-day couriers and parcel couriers, both domestically and internationally.
  • Administer bookings and purchase orders for casual and freelance warehouse staff, crew and drivers.
  • Work alongside Operations Team Leaders to ensure equipment prep spaces are well maintained and prep periods run smoothly.
  • Work alongside Operations Team Leaders to ensure inbound and outbound equipment moves efficiently and that adequate space and resource is allocated.
  • Assist with final checks and respond to last-minute additions on smaller dry hire or sub-hire work.
  • Work alongside Technical Support to ensure faulty equipment is collected and booked in correctly, and that replacements are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Help maintain organised, clean and efficient warehouse, prep and loading bay areas, working collaboratively with other departments.
  • Continuously develop and optimise existing workflows and procedures to maximise efficiency.

Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and an awareness of project and time management tools such as Trello and Monday.
  • The ability to focus and prioritise in a busy work environment.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and respond quickly to last-minute changes.
  • A willingness to develop technical knowledge and understanding of audio technology used in theatre and live events.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar operations or logistics administration role.
  • Previous experience in any role in live events, theatre or a similar technical or production environment.

What we offer

  • £28,000 - £30,000.
  • Workplace pension scheme.
  • 20 days’ annual leave, increasing to 25 days after five years, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Performance-related bonus scheme for all employees.
