Autograph are working alongside a leading, dynamic, and growing Accountancy Practice based in Newport. This independent firm specialises in various sectors of business management across the UK. Due to their continued growth, they require a Tax Partner to be part of their journey. Their success has come from the dedication of their staff and Partners that bring the vital knowledge and years of experience to the business. As a Partner to the firm, similar attributes and skill set will be required to maintain and aid the success that they are aiming for in the future. This rare opportunity is fantastic for an individual with multiple years’ experience as a Post-Qualified Tax Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Business development management is essential to bring the firm new opportunities alongside maintaining the firm at various business events.
- Conducting the marketing and technical support to the different partners to explain the tax service offering.
- Work closely with Partners on advisory work to client and tax planning process.
- Confidence to manage a growing team of staff, whilst reviewing work and supporting their professional development.
The ideal candidate
- A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
- Proactively wanting to succeed and further their knowledge with all aspects of the business.
- Knowledge and awareness of various areas of tax.
- Excellent team work to be able to form a close working relationship with clients, finance staff and owners.
- Experience within a corporate tax background in regards to SME related tax and owner managed businesses.
