We're looking for a Client Manager to play a key role in delivering first-class support to clients across the UK. You’ll be handling data, problem solving, and becoming a trusted voice to customers — all while growing your technical skills and progressing within the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and processing data using Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising directly with clients and payroll teams
- Supporting the technical helpline via phone and email
- Ensuring accurate payroll data and compliance with HMRC guidelines
- Advising clients on mileage logs and business travel rules
- Maintaining high quality standards by reviewing and validating own work and that of colleagues
- Collaborating with Partners and internal team members
