This is a broad generalist position combining hands-on HR support with the opportunity to influence people practices across the business. You will work closely with managers, offering practical advice, coaching and solutions that support both employees and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities of HR Advisor:
- Provide trusted advice to managers on HR policies, employment law and best practice
- Support employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Coach managers to handle people issues fairly, confidently and consistently
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and employee departures
- Support performance reviews, learning and employee-development activities
