Responsibilities:
- Preparing and completing limited company accounts
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring everything adds up
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Answering client queries and offering solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge via webinars and CPD learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
- Confident with Xero and other accounting software
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- A natural team player who enjoys helping others learn and grow
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop your own skills further
