Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a local business in Chepstow who are currently experiencing significant growth. With national and international presence, my client’s ambition is to simplify their customer’s lives thanks to their customised solutions. They are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join their well-established, busy team.

The successful candidate is required to have previous experience in account management, delivering great customer service with a personable telephone manner. Consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligence and broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual, and flexible in order to uphold the company’s admirable reputation.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues
  • Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email, providing excellent customer support
  • Track and report on account performance
  • Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
