Autograph Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a growing business based in Drybrook.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and proactive individual to play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. Working closely with internal teams and prospective clients, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts and contributing to the continued success of the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Generating leads and arranging client meetings
- Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms
- Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in business development or sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
