The Opportunity

A growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice is looking for a confident and motivated Accounts Senior ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers a clear progression path into management and is ideal for someone AAT qualified (or equivalent) with the drive to continue developing professionally.

In this hands‑on role, you'll take ownership of preparing year-end accounts from initial records through to final sign-off, working independently and efficiently. Building client relationships and managing communication will be second nature, as you'll be a key point of contact for a diverse portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

• AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA (or equivalent), with at least five years’ experience in practice
• Strong skills in preparing year-end accounts across a varied client base
• Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Confidence in client-facing situations and excellent communication skills
• Ambition to step into a management role with increasing responsibility
