Office Manager Location: Cardiff Position: Full time, Permanent Salary: Circa. £35,000 DOE Our Client Autograph Recruitment are representing a well-established, family-owned environmental and construction business based in South Wales. The company delivers fully integrated services across demolition, remediation, construction, and resource management, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. Dedicated to making a positive impact, they actively support local recycling initiatives, partner with schools, and contribute to waste-to-energy projects — ensuring their work not only builds for today but protects resources for the future. As they grow, we are now looking for an Office Manager for their team. Reporting to the Group Operations Director, the successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, and support HR, finance, and office management functions — all while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities of Office Manager: Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and supplies. Provide administrative support across HR, finance, and transport. Coordinate meetings, communications, and internal processes. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff wellbeing initiatives. Assist with projects, events, and general compliance documentation.
