You'll become a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, making sure they receive a brilliant experience while looking for ways to strengthen and develop those relationships. Your day-to-day will include: * Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email * Understanding customer requirements and finding the right solutions * Following up on enquiries and opportunities * Identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts * Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly * Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date * Supporting wider sales, account management and business development activity What kind of person are they looking for?
