Audit & Accounts Senior
Location: Swindon
Salary: Up to Β£50,000 (DOE)
You will be joining a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice that offers a perfect blend of audit and accounts work. Whether you\βre part qualified or recently qualified (ACA/ACCA), this role gives you the opportunity to gain experience across a varied portfolio, with a clear path to specialise in audit as your career progresses.
You will be:
- Splitting your time evenly between audit and accounts assignments to begin with
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts for a range of SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Assisting with and gradually leading, audit assignments
- Preparing corporation tax returns and dealing with client queries
- Working closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality work on time
You will bring:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (either part-qualified with exam progress or newly qualified)
- Proven experience in both audit and accounts within a practice environment
- Great communication skills and a proactive, organised approach to your work
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building strong client relationships
- A desire to develop your audit expertise within a supportive and ambitious firm
