Autograph Recruitment is working with a family run, successful manufacturing business preparing to launch an exciting new product. We are looking for a practical, motivated individual to play a key role in bringing it to market. Initially, you will support the development and launch process, helping to refine production methods. No two days will be the same. Following the launch, you will remain closely involved in its day-to-day production. This is a genuinely hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving practical problems and seeing a product progress from initial concept through to finished result.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch and promotion of a new product
  • Identify leads and develop new customer relationships
  • Prepare quotations and follow up sales enquiries
  • Demonstrate the product and explain its benefits
  • Assist with manufacturing, assembly and quality checks
  • Help refine production processes and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to completion
