Key Responsibilities:- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pricing models, and detailed tender submissions.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, analyse quotations, and support overall tender strategy.
- Assist with value engineering initiatives and risk reviews to ensure commercially sound proposals.
- Collaborate with both technical and commercial teams throughout the estimating process.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous estimating experience (ideally within steel, construction, or civil engineering).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
