Location: Newport

Position: Full Time / Permanent (Hybrid)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive + Annual Bonus (D.O.E)

The Opportunity

  • Fantastic opportunity for an ACA / ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant with proven audit experience to take the next step in their career

The Role

  • Planning, leading and completing audit fieldwork and statutory reporting in line with International Auditing Standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Supporting accounts preparation and offering technical insight where required
  • Supporting projects such as forecasts, grant applications and financial due diligence
  • Coaching, supervising and developing junior team members
  • Working closely with Audit Partners and the wider team to maintain the highest professional and technical standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • ACA / ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with relevant practical experience (QBE considered)
  • Strong audit background (essential)
  • Confident communicator with excellent project management and IT skills
  • Commercially aware and able to build long-term client relationships
  • Approachable, proactive and collaborative
