We’re recruiting for a well-established food manufacturer in Avonmouth that is looking for a confident, hands-on manager to lead its production team. This is a busy, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, maintaining quality standards and supporting your team to perform at their best.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating the production team throughout the shift
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are met
- Monitoring productivity and addressing issues quickly
- Managing performance, attendance and day-to-day employee matters
- Training, developing and supporting production operatives
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain an efficient production flow
