Position Summary: As the strategic leader of Hotel Operations, you will oversee the property’s day-to-day performance and act as General Manager in their absence. You will shape and execute innovative, property-wide strategies that advance operational excellence, enrich the guest experience and co-deliver the hotel’s commercial and business objectives. You will provide inspirational leadership across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, St. Pancras Spa, Quality Assurance and Special Projects. Leading an accomplished senior management team, you will foster a high-performance culture defined by collaboration, accountability, quality and continuous improvement. As an influential member of the Hotel Executive Committee, you will help define the hotel’s strategic direction.

A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred. Fluency in English is essential, together with a career history demonstrating progressive growth and consistently exceptional performance. Flexibility to meet the demands of this dynamic operation, as well as the ability to commute to the property daily, is essential.
