Responsibilities

  • Concierge Services: Supply Residence owners/guests with directions and information; assist with reservation services; schedule elevator use for move-in/out; assist with Bell/valet services; coordinate with vendors and departments to fulfill special arrangements or services; arrange transportation; maintain coverage of Concierge area during breaks; respond to special requests; route calls to appropriate departments; monitor vendor service agreements and insurance; maintain lobby and work area cleanliness; manage visitor access and documentation.
  • Surveillance/Patrol: Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire/life safety systems; act as dispatcher when needed; secure property entrances during designated times.
  • Incident/Emergency Response: Respond to accidents; administer first aid/CPR as required; assist during emergencies; notify appropriate authorities; document incidents; manage disturbances in accordance with policies; resolve safety hazards; escort unauthorized persons from the property; report vehicle accidents/thefts and document required information; follow code procedures for emergencies.
  • Residence Owners Relations: Address service needs professionally and promptly; welcome guests; anticipate and respond to service needs; document and communicate requests/complaints; complete and implement preference forms in the system; assist with coverage and prompt service; assist individuals with disabilities within guidelines.
  • Documentation/Reporting: Complete requisitions for supplies; maintain vendor resources; document maintenance needs and enter into the system; log all pertinent information; manage packages and dry cleaning; monitor, send, and distribute faxes; complete and monitor Residence Owners profiles in the system.

Qualifications

  • UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license is compulsory for this position.
  • Security License: Not mandatory, but preferable and advantageous.
