About AutoGrab
AutoGrab is a fast-growing automotive intelligence and data platform used by dealerships, insurers, OEMs, lenders and enterprise partners across Australia, APAC and Europe. Our products help the industry price, buy, sell, insure and remarket vehicles with real-time accuracy, powered by market-leading data and AI. We’re expanding rapidly in the UK and are now hiring our first dedicated Product Manager in the region to help shape a UK-first product strategy and build solutions tailored to local customers and market dynamics. This is a rare opportunity to join a globally established brand at an early stage in a new market - building high-impact, visible products that will define AutoGrab’s UK success.
Role Overview
Based in the UK, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our global product organisation and lead product discovery, definition, and delivery for the UK market. As our first UK-based Product Manager, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership. You’ll work closely with UK sales, customers, and industry partners to deeply understand the UK automotive ecosystem (dealers, insurers, enterprise fleets, marketplaces) and translate those insights into rapid solutions that our engineering team can build and ship. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves speaking with customers, is energised by growth, and wants to create category-defining products rather than simply localising existing ones.
What You’ll Do
- Customer & Market Insight
- Build a deep understanding of the UK automotive landscape - dealer workflows, insurance processes, enterprise needs, data sources, regulatory constraints, and local nuances.
- Conduct interviews, discovery sessions, onsite visits, and product validation activities across dealerships, insurers, lenders, and enterprise customers.
- Monitor competitors and identify differentiation opportunities for AutoGrab.
- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Shape UK-first products and enhancements that address real market needs, rather than simply porting existing products.
- Translate insights into clear product definitions, problem statements, user stories, prototypes, and success metrics.
- Prioritise outcomes based on customer value, feasibility, and strategic alignment with global product direction.
- Execution & Delivery
- Work cross-functionally with the UK sales team to support pilots, onboarding, training, customer rollout, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate directly with our engineering team (primarily based in Australia) to build, iterate, and ship fast.
- Manage product roadmaps, write user stories, refine requirements, and ensure strong delivery rhythm.
- Internal & External Leadership
- Act as the voice of the UK market within the global product team.
- Champion customer needs and help the business understand what truly drives value in the UK.
- Represent AutoGrab product at customer meetings, events, and workshops.
- Help shape a scalable foundation for the future UK product team as the region grows.
What We’re Looking For - Experience & Skills
- 3–5+ years in Product Management or a closely related role.
- Strong experience engaging with customers, conducting discovery, and shaping real solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.
- Experience working with engineers and delivering products end-to-end.
- High degree of data literacy. Comfortable analysing data, interpreting insights, and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience in the automotive industry (dealer systems, valuations, remarketing, insurance, fleet, marketplaces, inspection tech etc.) is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Mindset
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, proactive.
- Curious and customer-focused - loves spending time in the field.
- Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and shipping rapidly.
- Excited by the challenge of building new products in an emerging region.
Why Join AutoGrab?
- Shape the foundation of AutoGrab’s UK product strategy with enormous room for impact.
- Work at the intersection of data, AI, automotive intelligence, and real-time insights.
- Collaborate with a globally respected product and engineering organisation.
- Visibility: your work will be directly tied to UK growth and success.
- High autonomy, high trust, and a chance to create UK-first products that influence global direction.
