Role Purpose
The Business Development Analyst role is an outbound-led position with a strong analytical and relationship-driven mindset. This role focuses on understanding how dealers operate, the systems and partners they work with, and how AutoGrab fits into a broader, long-term dealer ecosystem. Rather than positioning AutoGrab as a point solution, the role is about building credibility through insight, research and informed engagement. It is well suited to someone who enjoys structured outreach, mapping processes, and developing a deep understanding of technology, systems and data flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Research dealer technology stacks, data flows and partner relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of dealer operations and dependencies
- Build and maintain detailed prospect and account intelligence
- Engage prospects through informed, personalised and relevant outreach
- Position AutoGrab as part of a wider dealer ecosystem rather than a standalone tool
- Hold consultative conversations focused on long-term value and partnership
- Work closely with Product to understand current capabilities and roadmap
- Feed structured market insight back into Sales and Product teams
- Help align dealer needs with product direction and future opportunities
- Maintain accurate, structured CRM records including outreach, insights and pipeline data
- Support reporting and visibility across the sales funnel

Experience & Profile

- Highly organised with strong CRM discipline
- Naturally curious, consultative and commercially aware
