Position Technician – Autoglass® And Laddaw®
Contract Type: Regular
Salary: Minimum starting salary up to £31,411.15 depending on location.
Working Hours: Annualised hours. Operating Monday to Saturday with shifts ranging from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm. Around 40 hours a week.
Location: Based in branches or fully equipped vans on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace glass to the highest industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Offer customers supplementary products such as wipers and rain repel.
- Work as part of a team with a single purpose – make a memorable difference with care.
Qualifications:
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- A full UK manual driving licence (required).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Self‑motivated, great with people, eager to learn.
- Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles or the motor industry are welcomed.
