Position Technician – Autoglass® And Laddaw®

Contract Type: Regular

Salary: Minimum starting salary up to £31,411.15 depending on location.

Working Hours: Annualised hours. Operating Monday to Saturday with shifts ranging from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm. Around 40 hours a week.

Location: Based in branches or fully equipped vans on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and replace glass to the highest industry standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Offer customers supplementary products such as wipers and rain repel.
  • Work as part of a team with a single purpose – make a memorable difference with care.

Qualifications:

  • Good customer service and sales skills.
  • A full UK manual driving licence (required).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Self‑motivated, great with people, eager to learn.
  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles or the motor industry are welcomed.
