Job Summary
As a Technician you will be based in a branch or a fully equipped van, helping customers return to the road by repairing or replacing vehicle glass to the highest industry standards, while offering additional products such as wipers and rain repellents. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop both technical and sales skills. The role is regular with an annualised schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, operating Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and replace front and side glass panels of vehicles.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, advising customers on value‑added products.
- Operate in a safe manner, using state‑of‑the‑art tools and equipment.
- Set up and manage daily activities according to the rota.
- Meet sales and service KPIs while selling additional products.
Requirements
- Full UK Manual driving licence (required).
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Annualised hours – approximately 40 hours a week, operating Monday to Saturday.
- Scheduled shifts ranging from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- Minimum starting salary £28,555 per annum.
- Additional bonus earning after training and proficiency.
