Contract type: Regular
Starting salary: £27,723.87 per annum
Weekly hours: ~40, annualised, operating Mon‑Sat with shifts 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance)
Full UK Manual driving licence (required)
Start date: From Feb 2026

Role overview

As a Trainee Windscreen Technician you will work in a branch or out in a fully equipped van. Each day you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer customers the opportunity to buy extra products such as wipers and rain repel.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace windscreen glass to the highest industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell products.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art tools and equipment safely.
• Work as part of a team to meet business KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Full UK Manual driving licence (required).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Self‑motivated, great with people, eager to learn; no specific prior experience required.
