Annualised hours, operating Mon‑Sat, shifts ranging from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance)

Role Overview
As a Technician you’ll work in a branch or on the road in a fully equipped van. Every day you’ll help customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing windscreen glass to the highest industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer them additional products such as wipers and rain‑repel treatments.

What makes a great Technician?
We look for people with strong customer service and sales skills, a self‑motivated attitude, the ability to work well with others, and a keen interest in learning. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, logistics or any driving role are welcome. A full UK Manual driving licence (required) and the right to work in the UK are also mandatory.
