As a leading Institute of Motor Industry accredited employer, we train our people to fit and repair glass to the highest standards so you can progress to be an experienced fitter and learn new skills. We will also train you to sell and fit our range of value added products, such as Wipers. What will a day with us look like? Based in our centres or out and about meeting customers at their home or place of work you\’ll be repairing or replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards with industry leading technology and tools. To enable you to offer the best service and feel confident in doing so, within your first 3 months of employment you will participate in two, one-week blocks of offsite training at one of our centres located in either Birmingham or Middlesbrough. All in all, it\’s about solving our customers problems with real care. Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am -6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance) Hours: Around 40 hours a week In addition to a competitive starting salary, we offer: * Up to 10% employer pension contributions – based on employee contribution of 5% * A nationally recognised IMI Technician qualification * Life assurance policy * 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Discounted shopping vouchers & reward platform TPBN1_UKTJ
