  • Minimum starting salary of £29,983 dependent on location
  • Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am - 6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance)
  • Hours: Around 40 hours a week
  • A full UK Manual driving licence (Required)
  • Start dates: From May 2026

A role with purpose and meaning

As a Technician, you’ll either be based in one of our branches or out in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day, you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Whilst also offering them the opportunity to buy extra products such as wipers and rain repel. You’ll go further to brighten their day, and in return, we’ll give you all the support, training, and equipment you need to thrive in your role and grow your skills.

What makes a great Technician?

Our Technicians come from all sorts of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. As long as you have good customer service and sales skills, you’ll fit right in! Whether you're a school leaver or changing careers, what matters is that you’re self-motivated, great with people, and eager to learn. If you’ve got strong customer service and sales skills, a full UK Manual driving licence (Required), and the right to work in the UK, we’ll teach you the rest. And our state-of-the-art tools and equipment are designed to help you lift and fit a screen safely and confidently.
