Role Purpose
To deliver a world class service to customers, responsible for all aspects of physical and system-based stock management and undertake deliveries of stock as required, as per internal and external customer requirements.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- To meet or exceed customer service standards (e.g. customer service targets, delivery times, customer satisfaction measures, flexible approach to changes in customer demands)
- To be responsible for all elements of stock management
- To be the face of Belron UK Ltd, maintaining high personal standards for yourself, the Company vehicle, the Centre and customer
- To consistently meet or exceed standards in the delivery of vehicle glass and other products and to ensure that Belron UK Ltd quality and other standards are adhered to
- Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems
- To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd, whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing customer service
- Consistently support the team in meeting or exceeding key performance measures
- To liaise effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, including Autoglass® Technicians and DST
- To adhere to the Belron UK Ltd Health and Safety procedures and use safety equipment provided
- To undertake training and coaching as required to increase personal skills to achieve performance standards
- Plan, organise and prioritise work load using multiple applications and computer systems to ensure internal and external customers are served
- Manage information reports relating to stock management of the associated stock locations (if applicable)
- Resolve complex stock issues to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
- Contribute towards the engagement and effectiveness of the team
- To carry out ad hoc activities to support the Operations Manager
- Carry out Glass Repairs and other ad-hoc duties to support Autoglass® Technicians
