What makes a great Technician
Technicians work in branches or in fully equipped vans, helping customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You may also offer additional products such as wipers and Rain Repel to customers.

Responsibilities
- Repair and replace glass to the highest industry standards in branches or vans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and advise on value-added products (e.g., Wipers and Rain Repel).
- Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment to lift and fit a screen safely and confidently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support customers to go further in their day.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum starting salary £27,723.87 per annum.
- Hours: Around 40 hours a week; Annualised hours, with shifts Mon-Sat from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance).
- A Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Required).
- Start dates: From Feb 2026.
- Right to work in the UK.
