Minimum Starting Salary: £28,555 per annum
Working Hours: Weekly working hours are annualised, operating Monday to Saturday with shifts ranging from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Rota is provided in advance. The role is around 40 hours a week.
Driving Licence: A full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
Start Date: From April 2026
Role Description: Technicians will either be based in one of our branches or work out in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day, you will help customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also offer customers the opportunity to purchase additional products such as wipers and rain repellents.
Qualifications and Skills: We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. Key requirements include strong customer service and sales skills, a self‑motivated attitude, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. A full UK Manual Driving Licence (required) and the right to work in the UK are also necessary.
