Contract Type: Regular

Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, operating Monday to Saturday, shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Rotas provided in advance. Approximately 40 hours per week.

Position Overview: Depending on experience: Trainee Technicians or Experienced Technicians.

Salary: Trainees: £28,555 per year. Experienced fitters: up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential.

What Your Day Will Look Like: No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools. Above all, your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.

Training & Development:

  • Full training programme for trainees
  • IMI‑recognised Technician qualification
