Minimum starting salary: £27,723.87 per annum
Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, operating Mon-Sat with shifts ranging from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance)
Hours: Around 40 hours a week
Licences: A Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Required)

Role details
A Technician will be based either in one of our branches or in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day, you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer additional products such as wipers and Rain Repel. You’ll receive the support, training and equipment you need to thrive and grow your skills.
What makes a great Technician?
Technicians come from diverse backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. If you have good customer service and sales skills, you’ll fit in. Whether you’re a school leaver or changing careers, what matters is that you’re self-motivated, good with people, and eager to learn. If you’ve got strong customer service and sales skills, a full UK Manual driving licence (Required), and the right to work in the UK, we’ll teach you the rest. Our state-of-the-art tools and equipment are designed to help you lift and fit a screen safely and confidently.
