Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am - 6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance)
Hours: Around 40 hours a week
A full UK Manual driving licence: Required

In our branches and out on the road, Technicians work hard to get every customer back on the road, safely moving again. They are part of one team with one purpose - to make a memorable difference with care. Right now, we need more Technicians to join our team. If you’re passionate about customer service, sales, enjoy solving problems, or you simply love being around cars, this is the role for you.
As a Technician, you’ll either be based in one of our branches or out in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day, you’ll help customers get back on the road, repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also offer them the opportunity to buy extra products such as wipers and rain repel.
Our Technicians come from all sorts of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry. As long as you have good customer service and sales skills, you’ll fit right in! Whether you’re a school leaver or changing careers, what matters is that you’re self-motivated, great with people, and eager to learn. If you’ve got strong customer service and sales skills, a full UK Manual driving licence (Required), and the right to work in the UK, we’ll teach you the rest.

As a leading Institute of Motor Industry accredited employer, we’ll train you to fit and repair glass to the highest standards. We will also train you to sell and fit our range of value-added products, such as Wipers and Rain Repel to meet business KPIs.
